Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and self-motivated

freshers with excellent communication skills

to join our Business Development team in the staffing industry. The BDE will help identify new clients, build relationships, and support the company's growth by generating staffing opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and reach out to potential clients for staffing and recruitment services. Build and maintain strong client relationships through calls, emails, and meetings. Understand client hiring needs and coordinate with the internal recruitment team. Support in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations. Maintain sales reports, follow-ups, and pipelines. Assist in marketing and promotional activities when required.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication. Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills. Ability to learn quickly and work in a target-driven environment. Confident, proactive, and enthusiastic.

Eligibility

Final semester students or recent graduates (any stream). Freshers passionate about sales, client engagement, or HR staffing. Should be willing to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
