We combine modern fashion approach, efficient manufacturing systems, and technology-enabled transparency to build strong trust and long-term credibility with our buyers. Our focus is to work closely with domestic brands, retail chains, and emerging D2C labels.

We are looking for a highly experienced Business Development Manager whose primary responsibility will be to

onboard new clients, secure consistent business, and directly contribute to the company's revenue growth

.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and approach potential buyers in domestic and export markets.

Onboard new clients and convert inquiries into confirmed business orders.

Increase company turnover by driving new business and expanding existing accounts. Build strong, trust-based relationships with brands, buying teams, and sourcing heads. Present Celso's manufacturing strengths, sampling capability, and transparency systems to prospective clients. Coordinate closely with merchandising, sampling, and production teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery. Prepare quotations, costing sheets, and business proposals tailored to client requirements. Represent Celso at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry networking forums.

Experience & Requirements:



10-15 years of experience as a

Merchandiser

handling domestic or export buyers, and/or in

Business Development / Buyer Account Management

. Strong understanding of product development, costing, trims, fabrics, and production timelines. Proven ability to acquire new buyers and scale business relationships. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. A proactive, responsible, and target-driven approach.
