Job Summary

We are seeking a

Business Development Manager

who is confident, results-oriented, and passionate about helping brands grow through digital marketing.

You will be responsible for acquiring new clients, building strong business relationships, and driving consistent revenue growth for Fx Retina.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients for digital marketing services. Develop and execute business strategies to achieve monthly sales targets. Build and maintain long-term client relationships. Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and business pitches. Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

Minimum

1 year of experience

in

Business Development or Sales

(experience in a digital marketing agency preferred). Understanding of digital marketing services such as

Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of managing the complete sales process independently.
