Key Responsibilities
Act as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Collaborate closely with leadership on strategic planning, business development, and brand expansion initiatives.
Manage day-to-day execution of client projects and product development timelines.
Leverage deep industry knowledge to identify trends, opportunities, and insights.
Drive cross-functional coordination between R&D, marketing, sales, and supply chain teams.
Maintain strong communication and presentation standards, both internally and externally.
Requirements
5-6 years of core experience in the Beauty & Personal Care industry (either brand or manufacturer side).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a confident presence.
Proven track record in client servicing, project management, and delivery excellence.
Deep understanding of industry dynamics, consumer behaviour, and market trends.
Highly adaptable, growth-oriented, and able to take initiative with minimal supervision.
Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with excellent writing and reporting skills.
