Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
Identify, qualify, and convert potential clients for digital marketing and IT services.
Lead and manage a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs) to achieve sales targets.
Build strong client relationships and ensure long-term business partnerships.
Prepare customized proposals, business pitches, and presentations for clients.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close high-value deals.
Work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure smooth onboarding and project delivery.
Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and market demands to refine sales strategies.
Prepare weekly/monthly business development reports and sales forecasts.
Ensure revenue growth and achieve assigned business targets.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
3-6 years of proven experience
in business development/sales for IT & Digital Marketing services.
Strong understanding of services like
SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Paid Ads, Web Development, Branding
.
Demonstrated experience in handling
international and domestic clients
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead a sales team and drive target achievement.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and online prospecting platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.).
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
