Compensation:
Up to ₹5 LPA (including variables)
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard new clients across home decor categories (furniture, wallpapers, laminates, tiles, carpets, etc.).
Develop and manage B2B relationships with manufacturers, exporters, and retailers.
Drive sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.
Conduct product demos and presentations to client for funnel creation.
Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to refine GTM strategies.
Track client feedback and market insights to support product enhancement.
Manage client renewals, upselling, and long-term partnerships.
Represent company product & services at trade shows, expos, and industry networking events.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in
B2B sales or business development
, ideally in
home decor, interiors, or SaaS products
.
Strong understanding of
digital visualization, AR/ AI tech, or design platforms
is a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage sales cycles and work with cross-functional teams.
Analytical mindset with a focus on performance metrics and revenue targets.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and online demo platforms.
