Elcom Digital is a technology-driven solutions provider, empowering enterprises and mid-market organizations with SaaS, CRM, and Cloud solutions. We are expanding our Enterprise & Mid-Market Sales Team and seeking an experienced Tech Sales Manager to drive direct customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Roles & Responsibilities
? Drive direct sales for SaaS, CRM, and Cloud products in the Enterprise & Mid-Market segment.
? Identify and target high-value accounts; build strong relationships with CXOs, IT heads, and decision-makers.
? Manage the complete sales cycle - lead generation, qualification, solution presentation, negotiation, and closure.
? Work closely with Pre-Sales & Product teams to design tailored solutions for customers.
? Achieve and exceed revenue targets consistently through direct enterprise engagements.
? Build account plans, maintain accurate sales forecasts, and update CRM regularly.
? Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging enterprise needs. ? Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term account retention.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
