Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead Zoho-based sales initiatives, manage the BDE team, and drive revenue growth. The BDM will play a critical role in developing business strategies, building client relationships, and achieving organizational sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies for Zoho-based business solutions. Lead and mentor the sales team. Identify, target, and close new business opportunities across industries. Conduct high-level client meetings and negotiate contracts. Work closely with technical teams to deliver client-focused solutions. Prepare detailed sales forecasts, reports, and KPI dashboards. Build strategic partnerships and participate in business events and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or Information Technology. Minimum 4 years of proven experience in B2B IT or SaaS sales, preferably with Zoho products. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Experience using Zoho CRM or equivalent tools for sales management.

Preferred Skills

Zoho CRM or Sales certification. Prior experience in managing a sales team. Strong business acumen with knowledge of market dynamics. Exposure to solution-based consultative selling.
