Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)



Job Summary:



We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to generate projects for our software development team using freelance platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Guru, etc. As a BDM, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new projects, building relationships with clients, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Project Acquisition:



Identify and acquire new projects on freelance platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Guru, etc.



Develop and implement effective bidding strategies to win projects.



Ensure high-quality proposals and pitches to clients.



2. Client Relationship Management:



Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and deliver projects that meet their expectations.

3. Project Management:



Collaborate with our software development team to ensure successful project delivery. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.

4. Market Research:



Stay up-to-date with market

We're seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives, forge new partnerships, and expand our client base. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of the software industry and a passion for driving revenue.

Qualifications : -



Minimum

3+ years

experience in business development or software sales. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). Knowledge of software development processes, SaaS, or IT consulting. Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and building strategic partnerships. Strong understanding of software development cycles, SaaS models, or IT services. Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suit.

Preferred Skills : -



Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Understanding of global markets or international client handling. Strategic thinker with analytical skills and market awareness. Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams. Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development processes. Passion for emerging technologies and trends.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
