.5. Effort Estimation and Proposal Writing: Proficiency in estimating projectefforts and timelines, gathering client requirements, and drafting proposals that align with client objectives.
6. Client Engagement and Conversion: A track record of successfulconversions from leads to clients, including facilitating client calls and meetings, and maintaining a high level of engagement throughout the salescycle.
7. Market Research and Sales Strategy: Strong analytical skills to identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to inform salesstrategies.
8. Negotiation and Closing Skills: Expertise in negotiating contracts, SLAs, and other business terms to ensure profitable outcomes for both the client and thecompany.
9. Up-selling and Cross-selling: Experience in identifying and pursuing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to expand the value provided to existing clients.
10. Presentation and Communication: Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills for delivering impactful presentations and building long-term relationships with clients.

1. Business Opportunity Identification: Proactively identify profitablebusiness opportunities by analysing potential profit margins, project timescales, and competitive landscapes.
2. Lead Generation and Pipeline Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive lead generation plan to build a continuous pipeline of qualifiedleads through networking, research, online bidding, exhibitions, and partnerships.
3. Client Acquisition and Account Management: Drive the acquisition of newclients and provide consistent account management support to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
4. Proposal and Contract Negotiations: Lead the negotiation of contracts andSLAs that meet the company's objectives, ensuring competitive pricing, service level guarantees, and client satisfaction.
5. Requirement Gathering and Costing: Collaborate with clients to gatherproject requirements, provide accurate costing, and ensure the seamless transition of client expectations to project delivery teams.
6. Market Intelligence: Regularly monitor market trends, customer buyingbehaviours, competitor activities, and technological developments to provide actionable insights to the leadership team.
7. CRM and Lead Tracking: Utilize HubSpot CRM to track all sales activities,monitor the sales pipeline, and maintain up-to-date client records for efficient follow-up and communication.
8. Sales Targets and Conversion Rates: Ensure high conversion rates byoptimizing the sales process, from lead generation to contract finalization, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
9. Client Feedback and Continuous Improvement: Collect client feedback toidentify areas of improvement and work with internal teams to refine offerings, ensuring alignment with market needs.
