Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the education sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (principals, deans, administrators, procurement heads).
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
Present and demonstrate products/services to potential clients (schools, colleges, training centers).
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
Prepare business proposals, bids, and partnership agreements.
Track, analyze, and report on sales performance and pipeline status.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field).
3-7 years of proven experience in business development/sales within the education sector (K-12, Higher Education, EdTech, or Training Services).
Strong network of contacts in the education domain.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand and articulate solutions tailored to educational institutions.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
