Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused
Business Development Manager (Only Female)
to promote and sell our
ERP solutions
to schools and educational institutions. The role involves
building long-term client relationships, understanding school requirements, demonstrating ERP solutions, and driving sales conversions
.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, approach, and develop new school clients for ERP solution adoption.
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (principals, directors, management).
Conduct product presentations, demos, and workshops for prospective schools.
Understand client requirements and recommend ERP modules that fit their needs.
Collaborate with the technical team for smooth implementation and after-sales support.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth in the education segment.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong
communication and presentation skills
(verbal & written).
Good
sales acumen
with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
Ability to
understand ERP/EdTech products
and explain them in simple terms to non-technical stakeholders.
Comfortable with
traveling
for client meetings (as required).
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field
(BBA/MBA preferred).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
