We are looking for a

highly motivated and result-driven Business Development Manager

with prior experience in a digital marketing agency to lead our sales efforts, generate new business, and manage the junior sales team.

Key Requirements



Minimum 2 years of experience

in business development within a

Digital Marketing Agency

(mandatory). Strong understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Web Design, and E-commerce Marketing. Proven track record of client acquisition and achieving sales targets. Fluent Spoken English and Client Management Skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Proficiency in using social media, CRM tools, and lead generation platforms. Graduate from any University.

Roles & Responsibilities



Client Outreach:

Identify and connect with potential clients via LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.

Cold Calling:

Initiate and manage cold calls to generate interest and set meetings with potential clients.

Inbound Lead Handling:

Respond promptly to inquiries, understand client needs, and propose suitable services.

Sales Conversion:

Present our services effectively to convert leads into paying clients.

Team Management:

Lead, guide, and monitor junior sales executives to ensure they achieve their targets.

Market Research:

Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitor activities.

Reporting:

Maintain sales records, pipeline updates, and performance reports for management review.
