Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our high-performing team. The BDM will be a key contributor to our revenue growth, responsible for the full sales cycle from strategic prospecting to deal closure. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in a B2B SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Generation:
Drive new business acquisition and secure a consistent pipeline of high-value deals to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
End-to-End Sales Cycle Management:
Own the entire sales process, from initial contact and discovery to negotiation and successful deal closure.
Strategic Prospecting:
Identify and target potential enterprise and SMB clients who align with MyOperator's ideal customer profile, using a combination of outbound outreach, networking, and industry research.
Consultative Selling:
Understand client business needs and pain points, and effectively articulate how MyOperator's solutions can deliver a significant return on investment (ROI).
Product Expertise:
Become a subject matter expert on the MyOperator platform, conducting compelling and tailored product demonstrations for key decision-makers and C-level executives.
Pipeline and Performance Reporting:
Maintain a disciplined and organized sales pipeline using CRM tools, providing accurate forecasts and regular reports on sales performance.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty, identify upselling opportunities, and generate positive referrals.
Market Analysis:
Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy and identify new opportunities for market penetration and revenue growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience:
Proven experience of 2+ years in a B2B sales or business development role, with a strong emphasis on direct revenue responsibility.
SaaS Sales:
Demonstrated success in selling B2B SaaS or cloud-based technology solutions, preferably in the communication or telephony space.
Revenue-Oriented Mindset:
A strong and quantifiable track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue goals.
Communication & Negotiation:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a natural ability to negotiate and close complex deals.
Strategic Thinking:
The ability to understand the bigger picture and develop sales strategies that align with business objectives.
Self-Motivated:
A highly driven and ambitious individual with a disciplined approach to sales and a relentless focus on targets.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
