Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented
Business Development Manager (BDM)
with expertise in
end-to-end IT sales
for international markets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills to drive business growth and build long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the
entire sales cycle
: lead generation, prospecting, requirement gathering, proposal drafting, negotiation, and closure.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and long-term business.
Identify new markets, trends, and opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure project delivery as per client requirements.
Maintain accurate reports of sales activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
Experience
: 2-5 years in IT sales / business development (International market preferred).
Strong knowledge of
Web, Mobile App, Digital Marketing, and IT services
.
Excellent communication (verbal & written) and presentation skills.
Ability to handle
end-to-end sales independently
.
Strong negotiation, closing, and client relationship management skills.
