Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven
IT Business Development Executive
to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving growth in the IT staffing and services domain. You will be working remotely but aligned to
Canada business hours

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities in
IT staffing and services
.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across Canada and other international regions.
Develop and execute strategies to meet business growth targets.
Work closely with internal recruitment and delivery teams to ensure client requirements are fulfilled.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and opportunities.
Prepare and present proposals, RFP responses, and sales pitches to prospective clients.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field. MBA preferred.
1.5+ years of experience in
business development, sales, or client acquisition
in the IT staffing/IT services industry.
Strong understanding of IT staffing, outsourcing, and technology hiring models.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Comfortable working in
Canada time zone
.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
