We are looking for a dynamic and driven
Business Development Manager (BDM)

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Growth
Develop and implement effective business development strategies to meet company goals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the digital marketing and social media space.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management
Generate leads, pitch services, and secure contracts with potential clients.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Market Analysis
Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to refine service offerings.
Identify gaps in the market to position

as a leader in innovative marketing solutions.
Collaboration
Work closely with creative, design, and digital teams to align client expectations with deliverables.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and project execution.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
Track and report business development activities, ensuring key performance indicators are met.
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the digital marketing or advertising industry.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing trends, and client acquisition strategies.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently or in a team.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and presentation tools.
Fluency in English
; additional language skills are a plus.
