We are seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) who will be responsible for identifying CSR foundations, NGOs, and large institutions involved in skill development and presenting Navriti's assessment solutions to them. The ideal candidate will have strong networking skills, experience in the skilling ecosystem, and the ability to build strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities:
Identify and engage with CSR foundations, training institutions, and government-backed skill development programs that require third-party assessments.
Research and map organizations like AU Foundation, Ambuja Foundation, Learnet Skills, Tech Foundation, and similar entities.
Develop and execute a business development strategy to onboard new partners.
Pitch Navriti's assessment and certification services to key decision-makers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with CSR heads, foundation directors, and training partners.
Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored proposals and solutions for potential clients.
Stay updated on government policies, industry trends, and emerging opportunities in the skilling and assessment space.
Represent Navriti at industry events, conferences, and CSR networking forums.
Track and report business development progress using CRM tools and provide insights for strategic planning.

Key Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
3-7 years of experience in business development, CSR partnerships, or skilling industry sales.
Strong understanding of CSR-driven skill development programs and ecosystem.
Proven track record of closing deals with large foundations, NGOs, or government-backed skilling initiatives.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach.
Experience in working with assessment agencies, certification bodies, or the skilling sector is a plus.
Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and data-driven decision-making.
