Job Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new customers in the construction and infrastructure sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, developers, and consultants.
Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth objectives.
Generate inquiries and convert them into business orders.
Conduct site visits, client meetings, and product presentations.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and close deals.
Maintain records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
Provide market feedback and competitor analysis to the management team.
Candidate Requirements:
Experience:
2+ years in Business Development / Sales in RMC, Construction Materials, or related industries preferred.
Qualification:
Graduate / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Marketing, or relevant fields.
Skills:
Strong sales and negotiation abilities
Excellent communication and networking skills
Market knowledge of the construction/RMC industry
Ability to work independently and achieve targets
