The primary focus is on generating new wedding leads, managing client relationships from initial contact through contract signing, and actively pursuing new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
Identify and cultivate new leads for wedding and luxury events.
Meet with prospective clients to understand their needs and vision.
Develop and deliver professional proposals and presentations (proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel required).
Negotiate terms and successfully close contracts.
Build and maintain relationships with vendors and industry partners.
Represent the company at relevant events and exhibitions.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, business development, or client management. Experience in the wedding or luxury hospitality sectors is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work independently, manage pressure, and achieve targets.
Flexibility to work varied hours as required by the nature of the wedding industry.

Compensation:
