We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition efforts, strengthen strategic partnerships, and drive overall business growth. The ideal professional will have strong communication skills and a proven ability to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and secure new business opportunities to meet growth objectives.
Develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
Conduct market analysis to evaluate emerging opportunities and competitor activities.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and business pitches.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Manage the full sales lifecycle including lead generation, negotiation, and deal closure.
Monitor and report sales performance and pipeline forecasts.
Represent the company at industry meetings and networking events.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
5-8 years of experience in business development or B2B sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
