Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Development Associates to achieve individual and team targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and market presence across Telangana and nearby regions.
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and institutional tie-ups to expand Skilltyro's reach.
Maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure long-term business success.
Monitor team performance, provide training, and ensure adherence to sales processes and KPIs.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to plan campaigns, events, and on-ground promotional activities.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
Prepare and present regular business reports, forecasts, and performance updates to senior management.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Graduate / MBA with 3-6 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in education, training, or healthcare sectors.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Experience in handling on-field and inside sales teams.
Target-driven, analytical, and result-oriented mindset.
Willingness to travel frequently within Telangana and nearby regions.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
