Maxzen Tech is hiring a proactive BDM to drive business growth through in-person client meetings, participation in expos and summits, and strategic outreach. The role focuses on acquiring IT, web, and app development projects while strengthening brand visibility and market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet potential clients face-to-face to pitch services
- Attend business expos, tech summits, and networking events
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and partnerships
- Prepare proposals and coordinate with internal teams
- Build strategic alliances with local businesses and startups
- Identify new market segments and growth opportunities
- Share client feedback and market insights for service improvement
- Maintain daily activity reports and deal pipeline
Requirements:
- 2-5 years in field sales or B2B business development
- Strong local network in Hyderabad and nearby regions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel and attend events regularly
- Language: English, Hindi, Telugu (preferred)
