About the Role:


LetWizard is a next-generation

PropTech and FinTech

platform transforming property transactions and financial enablement in the real-estate sector. We're seeking an experienced

Business Development Manager (BDM)

with a strong background in

digital sales of platform services

and hands-on experience in

real-estate or PropTech portals

such as

99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com, or NoBroker

.
The ideal candidate will have both strategic and operational sales expertise, capable of driving partnerships, customer acquisition, and revenue growth in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Drive business expansion by onboarding developers, brokers, landlords, and property partners.

Lead

digital sales efforts

--including subscriptions, platform services, advertising packages, and lead-generation solutions.

Build and maintain long-term partnerships within the property and fintech ecosystem.

Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to increase platform adoption.

Collaborate with product and marketing teams to refine service offerings based on market and client feedback.

Conduct competitor benchmarking and pricing analysis to support sales decisions.

Consistently meet or exceed assigned revenue and growth targets.

Required Qualifications:



Experience:

4-7 years in

business development or digital sales

within

PropTech, real-estate portals, or fintech platforms

.

Mandatory:

Hands-on experience with leading platforms like

99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com, or NoBroker

.

Proven success in selling

digital or subscription-based platform services

.

Excellent relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Strong understanding of property listing models and digital monetization frameworks.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field;

MBA preferred

.

Desirable Attributes



Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in scaling tech-led businesses.

Proficiency with CRM systems, data analytics, and digital marketing tools.

In-depth understanding of

Hyderabad's

real-estate market dynamics.
