Job Description

Seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager for a leading study abroad institution. This role is crucial in driving growth and expanding the network of partner institutions, enhancing program offerings, and increasing the global footprint. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for international education.

Key Responsibilities:



Strategic Partnerships:

Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities and partnerships with universities, academic institutions, and corporate entities globally. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current partners to maximize program engagement and satisfaction.

Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for expansion. Analyze and report on market data to inform strategic decision-making and business development initiatives.

Program Development:

Collaborate with internal teams to design and enhance study abroad programs that meet the needs of students and partner institutions. Work with marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment of program offerings with market demand.

Sales and Outreach:

Develop and implement strategies to increase program enrollments and revenue. Represent [Institution Name] at industry conferences, fairs, and networking events to promote our study abroad programs.

Client Relationship Management:

Provide exceptional service to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the partnership. Conduct regular reviews with partners to assess program performance and identify areas for improvement.

Reporting and Accountability:

Track and report on business development activities, including progress towards targets, pipeline status, and partnership outcomes. Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the education or study abroad sector. Strong understanding of the study abroad landscape and global education market. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to travel as needed.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
