Business Development Manager

to drive our growth by onboarding brands and C-level executives for personal branding and brand consulting services.

Job Summary:


The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and nurturing relationships with clients, including corporate brands and individual CEOs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, a deep understanding of brand consulting, and the ability to meet sales targets and timelines consistently.

Responsibilities:



Identify and target potential clients, including corporate brands and C-level executives, for brand consulting and personal branding services. Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve defined sales targets and timelines. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction. Conduct meetings, presentations, and pitches to showcase Magsmen's value proposition and services. Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored proposals and solutions that align with client objectives. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth. Prepare regular reports on business development performance, including pipeline status, client acquisition, and revenue growth.

Qualifications:



Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, or similar role in branding, marketing, or consulting services. Strong understanding of brand consulting, brand strategy, and personal branding. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets within specified timelines. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, from C-level executives to corporate teams. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Preferred Skills:



Experience in working with high-profile clients or in the branding and marketing industry. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software. Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
