Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Sales Execution



Identify, target, and convert mid-sized companies, startups, and subsidiaries needing professional services. Build and manage a strong sales pipeline; drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure. Collaborate with internal teams to structure customized proposals. Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

2. Client Engagement & Relationship Building



Build lasting relationships with Founders, CXOs, CFOs, and key decision-makers. Understand client challenges across accounting, taxation, compliance, and legal areas. Act as a

consultative advisor

, positioning SimplyBiz as a long-term strategic partner.

3. Ecosystem Outreach & Partnerships



Represent SimplyBiz at networking events, startup forums, and industry summits. Develop partnerships with

VCs, accelerators, law firms, investment bankers, and consultants

. Build referral networks and co-branded offerings where relevant.

4. Sales Enablement & Reporting



Maintain CRM (Zoho preferred) for lead tracking, sales reporting, and pipeline management. Work closely with marketing teams to support campaigns, events, and outreach. Provide market feedback to refine services and go-to-market strategy.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)



Number of leads generated and converted into clients. Monthly and quarterly revenue generated from new clients. Number of CXO/Founder-level meetings facilitated. Number of ecosystem partnerships created. Timely execution of BD tasks, reporting, and client follow-ups. Participation in industry events and meaningful connects established.

Ideal Candidate Profile



Experience:

5-10 years in B2B Sales/Business Development within CA firms, CS firms, consulting, fintech, or similar industries.

Education:

MBA in Marketing, Finance, or related specialization (mandatory).

Skills:

Strong understanding of

business, finance, compliance, and legal concepts

. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Executive-level presence and professionalism. Strategic thinker with attention to detail. Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho preferred) and BD analytics mindset.

Internal:

Founder & Director, Business Vertical Heads (Business Setup, Corporate Secretarial, Entity Management, Transaction Advisory).

External:

Prospective Clients, VCs, Accelerators, Law Firms, Advisory Networks, Strategic Partners.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,145,586.08 per year
