Role Overview:



We are looking for a dynamic and motivated

Business Development Manager

to join our team. The role involves

on-ground client acquisition

, building business relationships, and driving growth for our digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and approach potential clients for digital marketing, social media, and branding services Visit businesses, retail stores, restaurants, startups, and service providers to pitch our offerings Build and maintain strong client relationships Schedule meetings, deliver presentations, and close deals Coordinate with internal teams to create proposals and quotations Meet monthly sales targets and report regularly to the leadership team Represent the agency professionally at networking events and local business forums

Requirements:



1+ years of experience in field sales / client-facing roles (preferred) Strong communication and negotiation skills Good understanding of digital marketing services (social media, SEO, websites, etc.) Fluent in English and local language Should have a two-wheeler for field visits Self-driven, confident, and target-oriented
