Key Responsibilities:



Understanding location requirements from sales team and senior management Coordinate with malls leasing teams and network of brokers to identify suitable locations
for company owned as well as franchise owned stores

Presenting identified stores to sales team, senior management and potential franchise
owners

Negotiating with leasing team/landlord on rentals, fitout periods, etc to get the best rental
deals for the company

Working with legal team and landlord/leasing team to get lease agreement closed Act as a single point of contact for sales team, senior management and potential
franchise owners for any location related queries

Facilitating all relevant licenses done for the store Periodic reporting and analytics to senior management on location closures
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
