result-oriented Business Development Manager
who can
bring new customers, build tie-ups, and increase monthly revenue

Key Responsibilities -
Customer & Business Development
Bring
new walk-in and referral customers
consistently
Develop tie-ups with:
Insurance agents & surveyors
Fleet owners (cabs, corporate vehicles)
Used car dealers
Apartment associations & companies
Convert enquiries into confirmed jobs
Field & Marketing Activities
Track and report:
Leads generated
Jobs closed
Revenue collected
Customer Relationship & Brand Image
Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
Encourage Google reviews and referrals
Act as a single point of contact for key customers & partners
Performance Targets (Indicative)
Minimum
?3.0-4.0 lakh new billing per month
Minimum
2-3 new tie-ups
every month
Regular inflow of vehicles for mechanical & bodywork services
Incentive Structure (Will be discussed on getting offer)
5% incentive
on new business billing up to ?3 lakh
7% incentive
on billing between ?3-4 lakh
10% incentive
on billing above ?4 lakh
(Incentives applicable only on realized/collected revenue)
Required Skills & Experience
1-3 years experience in
Automobile garage / service center / dealership OR
Field sales / business development
Good communication skills (Tamil mandatory, English - Standard fluency)
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Knowledge of automobile services is an advantage
Willingness to do field work (not a desk job)
