Key Responsibilities
Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, social media outreach, networking events, and platforms like Google Business or Justdial, targeting students, working professionals, and corporate groups for hostel stays.?
Develop tailored proposals and conduct site visits or virtual tours to showcase amenities, pricing, and occupancy deals, aiming for high conversion rates.?
Nurture relationships with educational institutions, companies, and referral partners to secure long-term contracts and repeat business.?
Track lead pipelines using CRM tools or Google Sheets, analyze conversion metrics, and refine strategies to meet targets like 20-30% monthly lead-to-booking ratio.?
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience in lead generation and sales within hospitality or real estate, ideally with hostels or student housing (2-5 years preferred).?
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in local languages like Tamil for Chennai-based operations.?
