Position Overview:
We are looking for a
Business Development Manager (BDM)
with at least
5 years of proven experience in international business development
within the
content digitization or document management industry
.
Strong professional connections (CTS) on LinkedIn
, an excellent understanding of
global markets (USA, UK, Europe, and Latin America)
, and working knowledge of
Agentic AI
and its impact on content automation and business efficiency.
This position is
strictly for international markets,
not for domestic business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard international clients in the
digitization, archival, and content management sectors
.
Build and maintain strong client relationships across
the USA, UK, Europe, and Latin America
.
Leverage professional networks and LinkedIn connections (CTS) to generate qualified leads and partnerships.
Develop business proposals, respond to RFPs/RFQs, and lead international negotiations.
Work closely with internal production and AI teams to tailor solutions for global customers.
Track emerging trends in
AI, Agentic AI, and automation
to position Swift ProSys as a technology-driven service provider.
Represent Swift ProSys in online and in-person international business forums and client discussions.
Manage end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to deal closure and handover.
Requirements:
Minimum
5 years of experience
as a
Business Development Manager
handling
international markets
.
Proven track record in
digitization, document management, or related BPO/KPO industries
.
Strong
LinkedIn presence
with meaningful international
connections (CTS)
in the digitization industry.
Exposure to
USA, UK, Europe, and Latin America
markets.
Knowledge of
Agentic AI
and its application in content automation or business processes.
Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple international time zones and work independently.
Proficiency in English; Spanish or other European language skills are an advantage.
