We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to expand our business presence in Coimbatore, Chennai, and Madurai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned location
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
Prepare and present business proposals and quotations
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
Track market trends and competitor activities
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client data
Requirements
3-4 years of experience in business development or sales
Candidates must have prior experience in lift/elevator sales( Mandatory)
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proven ability to close deals and meet revenue targets
Good understanding of the local market in the assigned city
Willingness to travel within the assigned region
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
