Key Responsibilities



Identify new opportunities inside corporate offices, tech parks, institutions, and food courts for

Cafes, Pantries, and Kiosks

.

Approach and build strong relations with

Facility Management, Admin, HR, and Leasing Teams

.

Present and pitch brand concept, product offering, and value proposition.

Conduct site visits, coordinate commercial terms, and manage negotiations.

Maintain BD pipelines: leads, follow-ups, and closure reports.

Liaise with

Projects, Operations, and Fit-Out Teams

to ensure smooth execution post-approval.

Represent the brand professionally at corporate meetings, events, and networking platforms.

Requirements



Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills.

Experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, Leasing, Institutional Sales, or Hospitality.

Self-driven, disciplined, and capable of managing end-to-end business conversations.

Fluent in English, Tamil is strongly preferred, Hindi is a brownie point.

Energetic, well-presented, reliable, and goal-oriented.

Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term corporate relationships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹51,724.98 per month

Work Location: In person
