As a Relationship Manager, you will engage with company-provided leads, understand clients' financial needs, recommend suitable life insurance solutions, and ensure seamless policy issuance. You will also proactively build your own client base through networking and awareness initiatives, helping families secure their future with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
Follow up promptly and professionally on leads provided by the company to ensure high conversion and closure
Generate additional leads through networking, seminars, referrals, and community engagement activities
Conduct in-depth financial needs analysis and educate clients on the importance of life insurance planning
Recommend appropriate protection and savings solutions with complete transparency
Guide clients through application, documentation, and policy issuance processes
Build long-term client relationships through post-sale service, renewals, and cross-selling opportunities
Maintain accurate client records and ensure full compliance with IRDAI and company guidelines
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred
2-5 years of experience in insurance sales or consultative financial services
(Exceptional freshers with strong communication skills may be considered)
Strong interpersonal, communication, and networking skills
High levels of integrity, resilience, and a customer-first mindset
