Roles & Responsibilities
Promote and sell technical courses to students and working professionals
Handle inbound and outbound leads (calls, online inquiries)
Counsel students on course selection and career opportunities
Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets
Build relationships with colleges, corporates, and training partners
Conduct course presentations and follow-ups
Maintain lead data and updates in CRM
Coordinate with marketing and training teams
Support corporate training and placement tie-ups
Required Qualifications & Skills
Any Bachelor's degree
1-5 years of experience in education sales / training institute / EdTech
Good communication and negotiation skills
Basic understanding of IT or technical courses
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Comfortable with phone calls, counseling, and sales
Preferred Skills
Experience in technical training institutes
Corporate training sales exposure
CRM and lead management experience
