About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager with at least 1 year of experience in sales or business development. The role focuses on identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, managing the sales process, and contributing to revenue growth. You will lead initiatives to expand the company's customer base and ensure business targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

Identify potential clients and generate qualified leads. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and proposal discussions. Maintain strong client relationships and understand their business needs. Manage the sales pipeline and follow up for deal closures. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve targets. Prepare reports on leads, client interactions, and revenue progress.
