Opening for Business Development Manager for a construction company at Madurai.
Maintain and regularly update the customer database for outreach and follow-ups.
Send brochures, WhatsApp messages, and company profiles (SKR profile) to potentialcustomers.
Cold calling And fixing appointment with potential customers.
Meet with prospective customers to understand their requirements and present suitableproduct or service solutions.
Follow up on shared quotations to address queries, negotiate terms, and move the salesprocess forward.
Convert leads into confirmed orders and finalize agreements or contracts with customers.
Participate in industry events and exhibitions to promote the company, showcase offerings,and generate new business leads.
Drive team to generate business
Salary Upto: Rs.35,000 + Allowances
Qualification: Any Degree
Experience: 10 + exp in construction / real estate
