Job Summary:



We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell solar energy solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales (preferably in the renewable energy sector), excellent communication skills, and a passion for clean energy. You will play a key role in generating leads, closing deals, and driving revenue growth in solar rooftop installations.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, field visits, and networking. Conduct site assessments and feasibility analysis for potential solar installations. Present and explain solar solutions to residential and/or commercial customers. Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients. Guide clients through the solar system selection and financing options. Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet monthly and quarterly targets. Maintain strong customer relationships and provide post-sale support. Stay updated on industry trends, products, pricing, and regulations. Collaborate with technical and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications & Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (preferred). 1-3 years of experience in sales; experience in solar or renewable energy is a plus. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to understand technical products and explain them in simple terms. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Willingness to travel locally and work in a field sales environment. Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented.
