Role Overview



We are seeking a Sales Manager with 3-6 years of proven sales experience to drive new business growth and manage key client relationships. The ideal candidate will combine strong communication and relationship-building skills with an understanding of technology services. You will work closely with clients and internal tech teams to deliver impactful proposals and win deals. This role also involves occasional travel for client meetings and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities



Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closure.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.

Collaborate with the technical and delivery teams to gather project estimates, align on solutions, and prepare accurate proposals.

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication and trust.

Prepare and deliver tailored presentations, business proposals, and RFP responses.

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Maintain accurate sales data and pipeline reports in CRM systems (Zoho CRM ).

Mentor junior business development team members, ensuring best practices are followed.

Travel to meet clients as required to support relationship-building and deal closures.

Qualifications & Skills



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

3-6 years of proven experience in IT / software / app development sales.

Previous experience working in an app development is a strong advantage.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills -- both verbal and written.

Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.

Strong understanding of the proposal process, pricing, and estimation coordination.

Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho or anyother CRM).

Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development purposes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?70,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
