Role Overview



Seeking a results-driven

Business Development Manager

to drive growth, build client relationships, and expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and create new business opportunities. Generate leads, qualify prospects, and develop client relationships. Conduct market research and analyze industry trends. Prepare proposals, presentations, and negotiate contracts. Track sales activities, maintain records, and report performance. Mentor team members and support skill development. Utilize digital platforms for lead generation.

Qualifications & Skills



MBA/B.E/B.Tech or Bachelor's in Business/Marketing. Experience in

Durable Goods, FMCG, or Home Appliances

preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to travel locally and nationally. Notice Period: Immediately to 3 week
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ?55,000.00 per month
