Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Develop and implement business development strategies to enhance the presence of Yash Dental Clinic in Adyar, Chennai.
Identify and establish partnerships with schools, colleges, and corporate entities to promote dental health camps and services.
Database Management:
Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date database of schools, colleges, and corporate entities in the region.
Regularly update and manage contacts within the database to ensure accuracy.
Dental Camp Coordination:
Utilize existing contacts and networks to organize dental health camps in schools, colleges, and corporate offices.
Plan, coordinate, and execute dental camps efficiently, ensuring maximum participation and impact.
Relationship Building:
Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders in schools, colleges, and corporate organizations.
Collaborate with decision-makers to secure partnerships and endorsements for dental health camps.
Marketing and Promotion:
Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional materials for dental health camps.
Implement marketing strategies to attract participants and raise awareness about Yash Dental Clinic's services.
Event Planning and Execution:
Plan and execute events such as dental awareness campaigns, workshops, and seminars in collaboration with educational and corporate institutions.
Reporting:
Provide regular reports on business development activities, camp participation, and outcomes to the management team.
Analyze data and provide insights to improve future campaigns and initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience (3-5 years) in business development, with a focus on dental health camps.
Strong network and existing database of schools, colleges, and corporate entities in the Adyar, Chennai area.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for promoting dental health.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
