Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced
Business Development Manager
to drive
B2B sales
across the F&B,
HoReCa
, bakery, dairy, confectionery, and institutional segments. The role involves client acquisition, relationship management, revenue growth, and market development for our food ingredients portfolio (colors, essences, powders, additives).
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new B2B clients.
Build strong relationships with purchase, R&D, and procurement teams.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, tastings, and product demos.
Drive revenue through cross-selling and upselling.
Participate in industry events and exhibitions for lead generation.
Coordinate with production, QC, logistics, and accounts for smooth execution.
Handle client issues and ensure timely resolutions.
Maintain CRM records and provide weekly/monthly reports.
Requirements
4-7 years of B2B sales experience (FMCG/Food Ingredients/HoReCa preferred).
Graduate in Food Technology, Chemistry, Business Admin, or Marketing. MBA preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and willing to travel.
Good analytical and relationship-building abilities.
