Urgent opening for Business Development Manager- Solar company with Good salary, Attractive Allowances and Incentives

Location- Near Hopes, Coimbatore

The Business Development Manager (Solar B2B) is responsible for developing and expanding the dealer and distributor network, driving business growth, and achieving sales targets for solar products and solutions. The role involves identifying potential channel partners, managing existing relationships, and implementing strategies to strengthen the company's market presence in the solar energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify, appoint, and manage

dealers, distributors, and channel partners

in assigned territories. Develop and execute

business growth strategies

to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Promote and sell

solar energy products

(on-grid/off-grid systems, inverters, batteries, panels, etc.) to B2B clients and channel partners. Conduct regular

market research

to identify new business opportunities and competitor activities. Support channel partners with

pricing, product knowledge, and marketing materials

. Build and maintain strong business relationships with

dealers, distributors, EPCs, and corporate clients

. Coordinate with internal teams for

order processing, logistics, and customer service

. Monitor and ensure

payment collections

from channel partners as per credit policies. Prepare and present

sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates

to management. Represent the company in

trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events

to enhance brand visibility. Train and support channel partners on

solar product technicalities, installation guidelines, and warranty policies

.

Required Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree

in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

MBA (Marketing / Energy Management)

preferred. Minimum

4-7 years of experience

in

Solar Industry B2B Sales

,

Dealer / Distributor Development

, or

Channel Sales

. Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the renewable energy / electrical product segment. Strong understanding of

solar energy systems, components, and installation processes

. Excellent

communication, negotiation, and relationship management

skills. Proficiency in

MS Office, CRM tools

, and reporting systems. Willingness to

travel extensively

within assigned regions.

Required:



Male
