Develop and implement strategies to attract new patients to the center, including identifying new channels for patient recruitment and conducting medical camps.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors (gynecologists), clinics, and other healthcare providers to generate referrals.
Marketing and Promotion:
Manage and coordinate on-ground marketing initiatives, such as attending conferences, conducting workshops, and creating promotional materials.
Collaboration:
Work closely with digital marketing, CRM, and operations teams to ensure effective lead management and follow-up.
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve patient growth targets and improve the center's market share.
Sales and Account Management:
Be proficient in sales techniques, account management, and sales operations within the healthcare sector.
Performance Monitoring:
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to patient acquisition and growth, and adjust strategies accordingly.
