Roles and Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship building with potential clients. Manage existing client relationships to ensure retention and upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Identify target markets, develop sales strategies, forecast revenue growth, and plan sales activities to achieve targets. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing) to create effective targeted marketing campaigns. Analyze sales data to optimize sales processes and improve overall performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-8 years of experience in B2B sales or related field. Proven track record of success in generating leads, closing deals, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with clients at all levels. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team; self-motivated with high energy level.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
