Qualifications



Proven experience in Business Development or Sales, especially in the Commercial Interior sector. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Strong ability to identify and develop new business opportunities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Experience in Market Research and Analysis. Proficiency in preparing and delivering proposals and presentations. Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to maintain client satisfaction. Solid understanding of budget and sales forecasting.

Roles & Responsibilities



Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial interior sector Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, corporate clients, and decision-makers Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients Collaborate with design and project teams to align client expectations with deliverables Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine approach Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
