Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities in the PEB / structural steel segment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, architects, and contractors.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and technical details to clients.
Negotiate and close business deals effectively.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and production teams for smooth project execution.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements:
Minimum
3 years of experience
in business development, sales, or marketing within the
manufacturing or PEB/structural steel
industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong technical understanding of PEB and steel fabrication processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Only candidates from Chennai
will be considered.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
MBA in Marketing or Business Management is an added advantage.
