Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, generating leads, closing sales, and building strong client relationships in the digital marketing sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly revenue targets of ?1,50,000-?2,00,000.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the digital marketing industry.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Meet potential clients to pitch digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, SMM, branding, etc.).
Collaborate with the internal team (social media, designers, editors, and CRM) to ensure client satisfaction.
Prepare proposals and quotations, and negotiate contracts to close deals.
Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, and client communication.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Deal closing with a proper closure
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
2-4 years of proven experience in business development/sales within the
digital marketing industry
.
Strong understanding of digital marketing services and trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
Willingness to travel for client meetings (petrol allowance provided).
