Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Manager to join our General Insurance team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in the insurance industry, with a solid understanding of insurance products, sales processes, and customer service. This role requires a strong ability to manage a team, collaborate with cross-functional departments, and drive growth and profitability for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidates from Chennai Only can Apply Oversee daily target of the general insurance department to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency. Manage a team of General insurance agents and provide leadership, coaching, and training to enhance their performance and productivity. Monitor and achieve departmental sales targets and KPIs. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors. Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitor offerings to ensure the company remains competitive. Review and analyse insurance policies, ensuring they meet client needs and company standards. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to general insurance products and services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Should have handled any of General Insurance non motor policies like EAR,CAR, GMC, GPA, Workmen compensation, Liabilities. Minimum of 1 year of experience in the General Insurance industry. Strong knowledge of insurance products, policies, and market trends. Proven experience in managing a team and achieving sales targets. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business Administration, or related field.
